8th Hangzhou International Day upgrades services for foreigners

On September 5, the 8th Hangzhou International Day 2025 was launched in Hangzhou. The representatives from 23 countries, international organizations and friendly cities, attended the event.

Hangzhou-Verona Exchange Hall was inaugurated. There were new friendship agreements with Indonesia's Serang City and the University of Verona in Italy.

The AI Hangzhou 2.0 platform, an upgraded services platform for foreigners, was also released,, offering 11 new application scenarios covering tourism, life and transportation services in Hangzhou.

“Join-in Card” was issued to foreign talents. This card combines the work permit information of foreigners in China with the social security card through certificate-card integration, which provides convenience for their work and life in Hangzhou.
