Hangzhou "Errao" is expected to be completed by the end of this year. It is the second ring expressway in Hangzhou, and connects West Hangzhou, Fuyang, Lin'an, Deqing, Tongxiang, Haining, Shaoxing, Zhuji and other "neighboring cities", to form a super ring line and accelerate the realization of the "one-hour transport circle" in Hangzhou metropolitan area.
